Last day in Ortigas

Places where we have been accustomed to

12-16 mars...

... was definitely one long week for us HSBC employees. We had just transferred to our new building in the Fort and working in Ortigas for more than five years had us adjusting to the new place big time. There are no immediate establishments around our building. Well actually walking to the area where Starbucks, Jollibee are located is an option. However there are no shades, no trees, no airconditioned walkways to make the stroll more enjoyable. The Fort Strip is a long long walk, as well as to Bonifacio High Drive. The nearest mall is Market! Market! Haven't been there before, will be posting some pics the first time I'll be there. Besisdes, its time consuming to go there. My officemate went there during her lunch break but they had to take a cab. Too expensive if I'll be doing that everyday.
