Kenny's Fresh Sandwiches

Cold chunky tuna. Good value for money. Whole wheat bread. You get a lot more with the price compared to Fruit Magic's grilled tuna sandwich.
Eat your heart out Paris!

Halloween good enough to eat!

Pasalubong from Singapore

A keychain (which really is cool!), a chocolate bar and a group ex sked booklet! lolz! Thanks Gioms!

My class

What I'm really ecstatic about is the fact I got my name in the board. :-)

Happy food

Good Burger. They have a lot of flavors. The standard is the Good Burger, with Better and Best (having two patties).

Krispy Kreme. Major turnoff is not the calories, but the price.

A friend posted this:

Another dose of pure angst and filth towards MTV Pilipinas,GLOBE, etc

Beyonce, Babyface, Fall Out Boy...and this December..guess who.....Justin Ti mberlake and Usher.

MTV PILIPINAS, GLOBE, etc ARE responsible for bringing these artists to play live here in our country.

They ignored Megadeth.

And guess what? They are also ignoring Dream Theater.

BODYJAM 43

We’re backing Dance4Life again this year and BODYJAM™ 43 will focus our support for the global campaign to fight HIV/AIDS. DJ Benjamin Bates has laid down the beats for the 2007 campaign and we’ll use this track for our Warmup – it’s a super-simple combination featuring a jazzy Box Step.

The Isolations Track is gangster with a capital ‘G’. Add FLAVA with the Snap and get down with your bad-selves to You Know What It Is by T.I. feat. Wyclef, before you Wind It Up to Daddy Yankee in the Reggaeton Track.

Then get ready to break out your best John Travolta moves in the brand new Disco cardio block!

Classic Disco sounds from Chaka Khan get you in the mood for grooving, before breaking out the Boogaloo in everyone’s favorite karaoke tune No More Tears by Kym Mazelle and Jocelyn Brown. The Freemasons’ Nothing But A Heartache finishes off the set with a stomping Disco sound, in keeping with the groovalicious theme.

Recover to the super-cool b.u.d.d.y, before entering the New School House phase of the class which features some amazing tracks from Rihanna and a TV Rock remix of The Others. These tracks are gonna take the class on a dance revolution and by the end of this phase you’ll want to break out the Conga!

Prepare yourself for Popping – the all-new dance style in the final block. Popping is like grabbing and releasing all of the muscles in your upper body, and the Timbaland track really inspires you to get your pop on.

The class finishes with the classic funk sounds of Stevie Wonder – a Groove Down that will sign, seal and deliver BODYJAM™ 43.
