Feeling a bit nostalgic; what follows is the email we got informing us of our BODYJAM training last year:

I hope you are all in good condition and excited to take part in the coming BodyJam Module Training! I am as excited as all of you to take part in this training as it is not just all work. The 3-day training will be a combination of classroom lectures, practical exercises and fun activities to help you become the best BodyJam instructors that you can be. After successfully completing and passing the training, opportunities here and abroad await those who are truly passionate about their craft.
