We’re backing Dance4Life again this year and BODYJAM™ 43 will focus our support for the global campaign to fight HIV/AIDS. DJ Benjamin Bates has laid down the beats for the 2007 campaign and we’ll use this track for our Warmup – it’s a super-simple combination featuring a jazzy Box Step.
The Isolations Track is gangster with a capital ‘G’. Add FLAVA with the Snap and get down with your bad-selves to You Know What It Is by T.I. feat. Wyclef, before you Wind It Up to Daddy Yankee in the Reggaeton Track.
Then get ready to break out your best John Travolta moves in the brand new Disco cardio block!
Classic Disco sounds from Chaka Khan get you in the mood for grooving, before breaking out the Boogaloo in everyone’s favorite karaoke tune No More Tears by Kym Mazelle and Jocelyn Brown. The Freemasons’ Nothing But A Heartache finishes off the set with a stomping Disco sound, in keeping with the groovalicious theme.
Recover to the super-cool b.u.d.d.y, before entering the New School House phase of the class which features some amazing tracks from Rihanna and a TV Rock remix of The Others. These tracks are gonna take the class on a dance revolution and by the end of this phase you’ll want to break out the Conga!
Prepare yourself for Popping – the all-new dance style in the final block. Popping is like grabbing and releasing all of the muscles in your upper body, and the Timbaland track really inspires you to get your pop on.
The class finishes with the classic funk sounds of Stevie Wonder – a Groove Down that will sign, seal and deliver BODYJAM™ 43.
